1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agency Boost website (agencyboost.co) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Agency Boost provides digital marketing services including search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, AI search optimization, Google Ads management, social media management, and web design and development. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or service agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results

SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. While we use proven, ethical (white-hat) strategies, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue. Any timelines or projections we share are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to any accounts, assets, or approvals needed to perform the services. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content or materials you provide to us.

5. Payments & Billing

Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are defined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt, and services may be paused for overdue accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

Work products we create for you become yours upon full payment, except for any third-party or pre-existing tools, frameworks, or licensed materials, which remain owned by their respective owners. You grant us permission to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agency Boost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
